Four Face Exercises

While eating the right foods and exercising is the key to staying healthy, there is another step one should take to ensure the nutrients needed are getting to the face. A lot of people may not think it is necessary to do something additional to nurture the face, but one simple step can make a difference. This step involves facial exercises.

The best way for our face to receive a fresh supply of blood and oxygen is to do facial exercises. As our grandparents' age so do their facial skin, only then did they realize exercising our face is important. You need to understand the important of facial exercises although you have never thought about it before.

Each day we are exposed to many harmful toxins. The air we breath inside and outside is not good for our skins. We need to exercise our face to increase circulation and bring nutrients into our muscles and skin. This one simple step will kill and detoxify areas being exercised.

Another problem facial exercises can help eliminate is the double chin. Although plastic surgery can be done to remove the double chin. It is a more time spending and money wasting way. Why have a surgery when we can accomplish the same effect while reading novels or watching TV. Here are the four exercises that you can do a few times each day to tighten up your double chin.

-- Open your mouth - gently tilt your head back - move your bottom lip over your top lip. -- Take your lower lip and try to touch your nose with it. -- Stick your tongue repeatedly. -- Place your palm on your forehead - resist with your head and neck. Do you feel your neck and chin tightening? These are just four very easy exercises you can try.

There are a total of 57 muscles in the face and neck and when we don't take care of those muscles we get the same results we have seen in our grandparents; sagging, drooping and folding facial skin. Does that sound familiar to you? Now that we know there is a solution to the problem, being proactive is the key.

We age starting from the lips. Facial exercises are required to enhance your appearance and fix your image. Platysma is the act of exercising the muscles in our face. Platysma will eliminate your double chin. 10 times the oxygen will go into your contracting muscle when you pull and push on it.

Benefits like clearer and healthier complexion will result if you do facial exercises. It is better to start as early as possible. Try it for two weeks and you will definitely see results. The one way to fight aging--facial exercise!
